Successful treatment of recurrent pelvic desmoid tumour with tamoxifen: case report.
The case report of a young woman with recurrent pelvic desmoid tumour successfully treated with tamoxifen is described. The desmoid tumour recurred within 6 months after the initial exploratory laparotomy.
